We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Belonging to provide project management support for the Belonging team. The primary focus of this role is to oversee and coordinate various projects across the Belonging Center of Excellence, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and core partners. The Project Manager will develop project plans, assist with the assigning of resources, manage timelines, and report on project status. Additionally, they will identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure alignment with Belonging objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you'll bring...
Understanding of Project management methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills that include the ability to motivate teams, influence decision-making and build strong relationships internally and externally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of and proficiency in standard project management software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) and other tools that support project execution.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
What you'll do...
Oversee multiple projects, simultaneously, while ensuring quality and consistency in project delivery.
Lead project planning sessions and create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and budgeting.
Manage project execution and track progress against milestones, ensuring timely completion.
Communicate effectively with core partners to update on project status, risks and solutions.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
Perform risk management and develop and implement strategies to address project challenges.
Prepare and present project reports to leaders and core partners.
Conduct post project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget and schedule while meeting objectives and KPIs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
