Position: Senior Product Manager
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Drive product vision, technical structure, data analytics, product design, and go-to-market discussions. Leverage knowledge of Advertising Technology products to help build industry leading omni-channel advertising platforms at scale and create high performing campaigns. Direct large-scale data analysis to identify feature priorities, user pain points, and market trends through APIs and Big Queries. Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business requirements. Drive day-to-day technical and design direction. Lead cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, sales, strategy, legal, finance, and marketing teams. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience designing highly scalable technology advertising products using Advertiser Service Platforms, APIs, and Big Queries. Experience developing and improving user flows and user interfaces based on strategic priorities, user feedback, and market trends using Tableau and Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint. Experience setting product strategy and translating it into product roadmaps with end-to-end execution using Jira. Experience creating use case examples with flowcharts. Experience driving discussions and presentations in a technical environment with cross functional teams using SharePoint. Experience identifying and resolving customer pain points using Confluence and Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint. Experience analyzing large scale data and making decisions based on the data using Clean Rooms, Queries, and Microsoft (MS) Excel Spreadsheets and Dashboards. Experience directing cross-functional collaboration and converting and developing requirements into product solutions. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $157,636/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
