Position: Staff Product Manager
Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duties: Spearhead the development of robust product frameworks for claims and merchandise transfer and ensure seamless prioritization and alignment across multiple departments. Facilitate efficient scaling of platform features and optimize user experience and value delivery. Utilize SQL for data analysis. Lead the development of product frameworks for claims and merchandise transfers. Analyze vast datasets that encompasses user feedback from store and operational metrics. Identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement. Quantify the impact of proposed features on process efficiency and user satisfaction using statistical analysis and inform strategic decision-making. Leverage Python for data integration and analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to design a user-friendly interface that streamlines workflows and reduces manual errors. Leverage data-based analytics to inform strategic decision-making and roadmap prioritization. Quantify the potential impact of strategic initiatives on key performance metrics such as revenue growth and cost savings using predictive modeling and scenario analysis. Effectively communicate the rationale behind product prioritization decisions to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, foster alignment, and drive consensus. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), and 2 years of product management experience; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 5 years of product management experience.
Skills required: Experience analyzing technical specifications and translating them into actionable product requirements. Experience developing and prototyping new product features using one of the following object-oriented programming languages: Python, Java, or C++. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement in the product's user experience. Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet user needs and business objectives. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Experience managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user feedback, and refining user stories. Experience analyzing product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation. Experience communicating product roadmaps, release plans, and project status updates to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and cross-functional teams. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $158,746/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
