Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Media Planning Support professional to join their dynamic team. This role is a 9-month contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enterprise's media strategy and investment initiatives, including offsite/paid and onsite/in-store media channels.

As a Media Planning Support professional, you will be part of a vibrant team of approximately 40 individuals within the Marketing organization. Your primary responsibility will be to steward the end-to-end media planning process. This includes gathering media plan deliverables, budgets, approvals, and documentation, and managing data entry in our campaign planning tool.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned Media Strategy campaign owners in leading the strategic media planning process
- Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Partner & Category Marketing, Media Agency, Creative and Channel Owners to gather necessary documentation and data
- Ensure completion of the media planning process within our campaign planning tool

This role reports to a Senior Manager or Manager and does not involve direct report management.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive marketing or digital media experience
- Experience with digital media strategy, planning and/or buying in an agency, advertiser, or publisher setting
- Familiarity with retail media network, programmatic display, and/or social campaign execution
- Strong project coordination skills, including attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with omni-channel media programs for a national retail brand or retail media network
- Advanced PC Skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and Workfront
- Experience with paid search, affiliates, CRM/email, influencers
