Job Description:

The UPS Store (TUPSS) Operations Consultant provides in-house support (e.g., legal, accounting, etc.) to Franchisees and Area Franchisees. He/She provides assistance to District Consultants and Region Coordinators by providing information on store performance and issues. The TUPSS Operations Consultant provides assistance with developing training and communications to stores on the use of new tools and changes to policies and procedures.
