Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Folsom


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000



Position Overview:

Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support their team with administrative and project-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in construction project administration, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The Project Administrator will play a key role in facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects and will act as a central point of contact for project updates and documentation.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support Project Managers in coordinating and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, permits, and change orders

  • Handle project billing, invoice tracking, and ensure timely payment processing

  • Communicate regularly with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant updates for stakeholders


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in construction project administration or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with document tracking and project management software is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
