Core4ce is seeking a talented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Wright Patterson AFB, OH office team. The ideal candidate will provide business and operations support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Operations Division within the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX).

Responsibilities

  • Provides business and operations support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Cybersecurity Branch within the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX).
  • Serves as the first point of contact to the Cybersecurity office handling general inquiries, in-processing/out-processing of personnel, coordinating necessary forms and actions for security compliance and computer access and other related duties as assigned.
  • Provide general operations support to the Cybersecurity office:
  • Handle forms and standard communications via email and phone.
  • Conduct records management (records filing, file plan updates) across multiple networks.
  • Track and enter data for self-inspections and routine device authorizations across multiple networks.
  • Support management and business processes via SharePoint.
  • Serve as communications, information, and processes facilitator for the Cybersecurity Office:
  • Manage customer and general Cybersecurity inquiries and respond to inquiries from personnel on routine process execution.
  • Create and route documents for waivers, registrations, process completion records, and appointments.
  • Aggregate, enter, and manage suspense information for compliance.
  • Assist with updates for locally developed training and awareness.
  • Revalidate authorization recertification needs with users (fax lines, dormant resources, devices).
  • Coordinate visit and inspection details for compliance reviews.
  • Assist with In and Out-process RX members including military, civilians, contractors, and students.
  • Monitor and track DOD Mobile Device certificates and DREN requirements.
  • Maintain organization email box and outlook data files

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 yrs. of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, telephone and electronic message to employees, management, and technical professionals in industry and other organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Microsoft Office, ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
