Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and tools.

  • Conduct inspections and testing of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.

  • Participate in the creation and review of quality documentation and reports.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

  • Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.

  • Develop and implement digital tools that output easy to understand results based on gathered data

  • Lead a small team of hour quality auditors


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of exp.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of quality management systems and quality control methods.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software (e.g., statistical process control, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic distribution environment.
