Position Title: Project Manager (P3)
Role
Responsible for project leadership across all designated projects with a focus on associated finances and project schedule which includes coordinating all deliverables and requirements across a broad cross-functional project team. Verify all projects are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed-upon timelines while complying with Crown Castle’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures. Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
