A Day in the Life
Performs different administrative to clerical tasks during administrative shift 7:30AM to 400PM. Single point of contact (SPOC) for client request likes service now and soft services. Manage ticket request and assign them to the handyman contractors.
Initiate purchase requisitions when authorized maintaining records of all budgeted and non-budgeted requests. Plan and schedule ticket execution with clients and manufacturing areas. Project coordinator IV has a wide range of clients and tasks, from mostly non GMP work, to GMP governed tasks like Pest control and GMP areas. Ability to manage external service providers as well as internal clients.
Manage and supervise external contractors, skilled labor in day-to-day operations support. Manage small projects with external resources.
Interact with other Project coordinators within the platform. Manage intra plant activities with other Project coordinators
Liaison to other functional areas and site management to deploy initiatives. Single point of contact for documentation request during audits (ie SAP, pest control among others). Ability to communicate effectively with clients and external service providers (Spanish and English). Availability to manage emergency request and contact service providers after hours.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.

  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.

  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.

  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
