Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Orange, CA!
Job Summary: The Facilities Coordinator supports the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities departments in their daily operations. This role involves coordinating and administering telework and emergency preparedness programs, as well as assisting with various health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer telework and emergency preparedness programs.
Assist with health and safety initiatives, including ergonomic evaluations, mass notification systems, hazardous materials management, and accident and incident investigations.
Participate in a mission-driven culture focused on high-quality performance, customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability.
Support the team in fulfilling department responsibilities and collaborate to achieve short- and long-term goals.
Ensure the completion of all EH&S-related activities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience in facilities management or property management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience implementing and enforcing environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
Experience working in a public sector environment.
