What to Expect:
Onboarding: Manage the staffing process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Training and Development: Help oversee current d evelop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.
Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Performance Management: Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
HR Systems: Maintain HR systems and processes, including employee records and organizational charts.
Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all payroll information. Provide reports to support departments as necessary.
Accounts Payable: Organizing and tracking all accounts payable, specifically ensuring the payment of all bills, and itemizing the monthly credit card statement.
Policy: Assist the Administrator/DSD/DON/ in administering policies and implementing facility orientation.

Successful Candidates:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred .
2 years of experience within an HR department.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
