ROLE PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the IT Project Manager role is to lead New Chapter’s multi-functional project team to deliver transformation while working directly with the business and/or Program Manager to ensure maximum business value.

MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT team to ensure projects. are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

  • Communicates in a timely manner any changes, risks, issues, and opportunities throughout project lifecycle.

  • Manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project.

  • Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of the project.

  • Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project.

  • Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding projects.

  • Other miscellaneous work, such stewardship & governance, organization development, etc.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related function

  • Strong Project Management Skills with previous PM experience

  • Desired PMP and/or PSM1 certifications

  • Enterprise Resource Platform system experience preferred

JOB LOCATION: Within travel distance of Brattleboro, Vermont, in a hybrid work environment with 2 days per week in the office typical as well as some possible travel.
