Job Description:

Job Summary
HR Coordinator will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success in a manufacturing environment. Run majority of tactical HR functions including recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Leave and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will contribute proactively to the planning and day-to-day HR activities of the Company. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Assist with Onboarding new hires, employee relations, employee new hire paperwork, assist HR training.Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Develop and implement organized filing systemsCollects data as needed for HR dashboard Works well under tight time restraints and changing prioritiesCreate Networks within community to support organizations commitment and responsibilities

Excellent interpersonal skills; projects confidence and builds trust easilyComfortable working in a fast-paced, open office environmentSelf-motivated; able to work independently with an understanding of when to escalate issuesDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment- high emotional intelligenceAnalytical-minded; demonstrated proficiency with HR metrics and reporting and Strong MS office skillsSome employment regulatory experience and compliance knowledgeStrong organizational skills, great follow through on tasks, able to juggle multiple competing priorities.Attention to detailEffectively handles multiple priorities and manages time efficiently
Bilingualis a plus
