*Low Caseload, Patient Focused: Join the OnCare Health Team*

This is a part-time hospice CNA position which will begin with approximately 15 hours per week.
Position will require travel between the 3 Orchard Pointe senior living communities in the West Valley.

Our Hospice Aides (CNAs/LNAs) Will:

Provide patients assistance with personal care including, but not limited to baths, skin care, back rubs, oral hygiene, hair care, dressing, meal assistance, and light housekeeping.
Provide the family with positive communication techniques, within the realm of ethical and respectful care, including confidentiality.
Assist in supporting the patient's psychosocial wellbeing through companionship.
Assess and report on patient's condition and significant changes to the RN Care Manager.
Assist with Vitals Clinics, Community Events, and other activities.
Be secure with issues of death/dying.
