Monitors the schedule to ensure we have referrals for any patient that is scheduled and requires a referral.
Reaches out to insurance companies to get the appropriate referrals in place
Answers all telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner
Responds to any and all requests made from the physicians and/or their medical assistants to answer questions, help speak with patients, and generally assist in patient care
Other duties as assigned
