The Appleton YMCA is hiring a Sports & Rec Director. As a leader within our Sports & Recreation department, you'll develop, grow and support the programs and services of our branch in downtown Appleton. This is a slam-dunk for anyone with passion for athletics and sports. As the team captain, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, managing and coaching staff. Other responsibilities include budgeting, relationship building with members, guests & volunteers, and providing continued growth of the department to meet the needs of our community.
