We are looking for a 2025 Spring Quality Engineer Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity by performing process quality evaluations

• Study and improve plant safety and quality

• Cost analysis

• Process documentation

• Materials inspection requirements

• Visual Management

• Quality control

• Standards review

• Lean Tools and auditing

Desired Experience

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Ability to perform work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team

• Must be able to work full-time during term

• Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word

Excel and PowerPoint) for documentation of test results

• Able to independently lead small projects with limited scope

• Technical curiosity

• Ability to interact with manufacturing personnel and staff

• Sound problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Possess strong analytic and statistic skills

Education/Training Required:

• High School Diploma

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering Degree Program for the Winter/Spring 2024-2025 school year.

• Rising Junior or Senior BS in Engineering or similar degree

• 3.5 or higher GPA preferred.
