Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Delivery & Operations Manager who will be instrumental in shaping and executing our learning and development strategies. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee performance.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire learning program portfolio, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of our organization. You will leverage your expertise in learning delivery and operations to create innovative solutions that drive engagement and learning outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a collaborative team environment where creativity and growth are encouraged. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that learning initiatives are effectively integrated into broader organizational strategies.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development
Cultivate a high-performing team culture through empathetic leadership, performance management and proactive conflict resolution.
Act as a direct manager to delivery colleagues, supporting their professional growth and development.
Provide continuous developmental feedback and seek upward feedback to enhance team dynamics and performance.

Learning delivery and portfolio expertise
Serve as the expert for learning delivery for end-to-end solutions classroom based, digitally enabled learning and reinforcement mechanisms, providing critical guidance and acting as an escalation point for delivery-related inquiries.
Comprehensive understanding of portfolio learning products with the ability to upskill delivery team on program specifics and collaborating effectively with Product Manager and Design to balance delivery excellence and efficiency.
Oversight of program delivery budgets, providing guidance, addressing financial queries and discrepancies effectively.
Oversight of program documentation to ensure it is current, high-quality, and error-free.
Strategic planning and resource allocation
Develop and execute a strategic calendar for learning program delivery, aligning cross-regional and cross-learning product and managing team capacity.
Manage program assignments to balance workloads effectively, collaborating with the Product team on program adjustments as necessary.

Optimize processes and develop best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless program execution and demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on program delivery and operations management.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning programs that drive organizational performance and employee development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance learning outcomes.
Experience in budget management and financial oversight related to learning programs.
Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies that support learning delivery.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven track record in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaboration and engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
