The Director of Clinical Division Projects is responsible for promoting Brookdale by identifying, creating, and supporting key alignments with healthcare systems and ancillary providers to increase referrals, service offerings and care coordination for the Division. Primary focus will be directed toward regional partnerships that benefit and compliment all Brookdale healthcare product lines. Supports new initiatives, healthcare strategies for network participation, and overall regional plan support in Brookdale communities. Ensures alignment and support for achievement of shared goals across multiple lines of the organization.Evaluates, establishes and manages opportunities to enhance occupancy, mix and/or revenue for Brookdale product lines, service offerings or company brand. Such alliances include but may not be limited to hospitals, post-acute providers, Managed Care payers, physician groups, ACOs, employer groups, Associations/Organizations and corporations.Supports Senior Director of Healthcare Business Development to develop, drive, and measure results. Communicates results to leaders in order to provide insight and recommended strategiesPartners in determining occupancy opportunities and strategies to support growth in Division, Region or market as indicated through referral source alignment.Collaborates with healthcare product line teams to align goals and initiatives to enhance the Brookdale brand and the continuum of services.Organizes structure around business development strategies in major urban and secondary markets, as well as smaller, cluster markets, to support ongoing projects, ensuring coordination and strategic execution.Provides training tools and support services to business development teams and external clients to enhance knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, value based care initiatives and models, Brookdale product lines and company strategic initiatives.Identifies and pursues new pilot, joint venture opportunities or innovations, and executes as needed to better position the company for occupancy and revenue improvement.Collaborates with various Brookdale product line teams on strategic planning, value based care education, new program/product line or service development and operations efficiencies needed for brand, market or occupancy enhancement.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
