Job Description:
The Production Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting our production operations. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, inventory control, and daily paperwork management. You will also be responsible for organizing inventory and distributing information to our install teams, while closely interacting with our office and customer service team.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
Organize and file production-related documents.
Monitor and control inventory levels.
Prepare and distribute daily paperwork for production and installation teams.
Organize and manage inventory to ensure efficient production operations.
Distribute relevant information to install teams, ensuring they have all necessary details.
Collaborate with the office and customer service team to address any production-related inquiries or issues.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:


Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computer software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
