Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Coordinate leasing, maintenance requests, and assist with move-ins/outs.
Manage tenant accounts, process payments, and track lease compliance.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and assist with property inspections.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Previous property management or administrative experience.
Reliable transportation.

Professional phone and email ettiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software a plus.
