We collaborate in the production of Pre-Pack (PPK) in a safe environment with the highest quality standards, developing our human talent, fulfilling and satisfying the needs of our customers, the builders of tomorrow. Pre-Pack Level 1 is a key position to keep production lines working, supporting with machine cleaning, proactive detection of safety and quality issues and timely escalating any issue to the flow operators or production Technicians to receive the proper support.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for keeping the equipment, materials and tools in good conditions as well as the good disposition to perform adequately each position that involves the correct line operation.
• Ensure that the quality requirements of the LEGO® group be kept.
• Contribute to the utilization of the pre-pack equipment.
• Comply with the standards of production per hour.
• Comply with the reports of the assigned line.
• Responsible to keep Prepack lines feeders with materials, keeping the lines clean and following safety and quality procedures, operate manual tables and support in change overs. (Material/Manuel Tables)
• Responsible of the adjustment of counting machine, bagger and scales of regular's lines for assure the quality and efficiency of the line.
• Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Completed support to change over training.
• Completed SDPPL training.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of counting machine, material handling, manual table, production/line documentation, and process escalation.
• Completed all training and process confirmation requirements for Level 1 on the job training verified by LVA training department.
Job Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prefers 6 months-2 years or more experience working in a Production environment and working in high-volume, fast-paced production lines.

• Reach away from your body.
• Bending/ squatting
• 18 years of age.
• Must be willing and able to work 12 hour shift.
