TITLE: Marketing Manager



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES: • Partner with business leaders and leverage strong analytical skills to recommend KPIs and targets that will generate meaningful insights for the business.


  • Owner of strategy and roadmap for reporting and analysis of sales leads.

  • Maintain relationship for managing daily reporting and analysis for world-wide sales leads across 5 corporate divisions in life sciences industry.

  • Interpret business performance results and provide recommendations to the business on where to focus improvement efforts; partner with the development team to automate analysis.

  • Daily management of reporting for marketing business decision support.

  • Conduct performance analysis as needed around leads, opportunities, and revenue.

  • Data architecture for business intelligence infrastructure, including automation script coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for various digital projects and funnel metrics in order to make data driven decisions.

  • Lead GSS web optimization and SEO efforts.

  • Serve as a customer journey expert for digital campaigns.

  • Assist with paid digital placement, tracking and optimization.

  • Monitor and manage spending on digital marketing activities to meet budget requirements.


TRAVEL: Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.



REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.


MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 1 year of Marketing, Business Intelligence, or related experience.


Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study plus 3 years of marketing, business intelligence, or related experience.
