Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Coach Supervisor in the Peer Support Services program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and skills will help support Peer Support Services program with the following:
Providing timely, community-based recovery support to members of our communities with problem substance use.
Ensures the delivery of high-quality, person- and community-centered care.
Helping individuals engage in the recovery process, increase their recovery capital, and connect with the supports and resources they need and prefer.
Helping develop, train, support, and hold accountablea team of Recovery Coaches.
Assisting with the development, implementation, and management of recovery coaching initiatives.
Facilitating collaboration with internal and external service partners to address recoveree needs and preferences and treat the whole person.

The Recovery Coaching program at Behavioral Health Network is a growing community-based peer support program for adults with problem substance use. Abstinence is not a pre-requisite; the program helps any adult interested in exploring different recovery pathways or just wanting a better life. Coaching is available regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

What are we looking for in a Recovery Coach Supervisor?
C omplet ion of the 3 0-hour Recovery Coach Academy training by BSAS approved provider (required); Recovery Coach Certification (required).
C omple tion of the Recovery Coach Supervisor training by a BSAS approved provider (required).
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in recovery (required) .
At least 2 years of abstinence from substance use ( required, if applicable ); 5 or more years of abstinence from substance use (preferred ).
Lived experience of problem substance use and recovery (required).
P revious supervisory experience at least one year, recovery supervisory experience ( strongly preferred ) .
Completion of CARC program ( required).
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for helping others engage in recovery.
Excellent coaching practice and administrative skills (e.g. organized, meets due dates, responsive, etc.)
Familiarity with a wide range of recovery support services including but not limited to peer based recovery supports.
