Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Kimberton, PA.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex IT implementations and integrations projects within our organization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing systems integrations, including SAP, and a proven track record leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) IT projects. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed resource teams and cross-functional groups effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
* Lead and manage end-to-end project deliveries, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
* Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, managing project budgets and expenses, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans, and developing and implementing communication plans.
* Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
* Systems Integration:
* Oversee the integration of various systems and applications, including various ERP systems.
* Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between systems.
* Ensure all integration processes comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with stakeholders across different departments and functions to align project goals and objectives.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as necessary.
* M&A Integration:
* Apply knowledge of M&A processes to integrate systems and processes resulting from mergers or acquisitions.
* Methodology:
* Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects, adapting approaches as needed to fit project requirements.
* Implement best practices for project management and integration processes.
* Other Duties As Assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects with geographically dispersed teams and cross-functional groups.
* Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Knowledge of industry-specific systems and integration challenges.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
* Office setting or dedicated workspace in a home office setting
* Ability to high-speed internet connection to facilitate video calls, CRM management and other project related activities.

Education and Experience:
* Required:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems/technology or related degree
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)
* 7 years experience leading large software implementations, with a focus on ERP systems integrations
* Preferred:
* Proven experience managing M&A integration projects.
