Post-Doctoral Position: Drug Delivery
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled post-doctoral researcher to join our cutting-edge research team in engineering polymeric drug delivery systems for pediatric cancer applications.

Position Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with a large and multidisciplinary team of researchers and clinicians. The primary focus of this position will be on formulation, characterization, and preclinical testing of novel polymeric biomaterials for drug delivery. The candidate will also be required to work with and supervise graduate students, prepare research reports, communicate with research sponsors, and prepare high-quality scholarly work for publication in top journals.
This post-doctoral position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to research projects that involve the design, development, and application of polymer drug delivery systems for cancer therapy. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and will work in a stimulating and dynamic research environment. The position is initially offered for a one-year term, with the opportunity for extension up to three years, based on performance and funding availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading funded research program: Lead the performance of activities to accomplish the objectives of projects.
Developing scholarly work: Lead the development of top-quality publications and grant applications.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members and external partners. Present research findings in conferences, workshops, and academic journals.
Mentoring and guiding graduate and undergraduate students: Help graduate and undergraduate students develop and overcome obstacles to complete all educational and research objectives.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Comparative Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: drug delivery, preclinical animal models, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, tumor biology, polymer synthesis, polymer characterization, translational medicine.
Demonstrated track record of research excellence through publications in reputable conferences and journals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently drive research projects.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
