(Contingent upon available funding): 45,000.00 - 64,000.00, Salary Work Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: This position will facilitate the work of the Administration and Finance Division of Oklahoma State University by coordinating with the administration, academic divisions and/or departments, foundation, and external vendors to issue debt on behalf of University and to ensure University compliance with all with regulations, laws, and University standards, including but not limited to IRS and SEC regulations; by ensuring proper documentation of debt funded projects and compliance; by preparing financial reports and summaries to ensure documentation of debt is in compliance with regulations, laws, and University standards; as well as providing other services needed to support the University's mission.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field.
One year of related experience.
ParalegalCertification and experience would be considered in lieu of a bachelor'sdegree.
Knowledge and ability to apply fundamental financial concepts, practices, and procedures to business processes.
Detail-oriented and good organization skills.
Able to work within deadlines.
Ability to function effectively in an active engaging environment.
Possess strong technical skills and the ability to use desktop software effectively including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software such as Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
High energy, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in accounting, finance, or legal fields.
Demonstrated data and process analysis skills, ability to develop recommendations and communicate findings.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels.
