Our Team:
The NA Specialty Care GTMC Senior Director of planning is responsible for partnering with the pillars of GTMC (Insights & Analytics, Omnichannel, Customer Facing) across the North America business, providing connectivity and oversight to commercial stakeholders.
This role will work in close collaboration with assigned BU Head and their Leadership team, primarily focused on the General Managers, to define and execute a strategic roadmap, focusing on the key initiatives and programs of the brand plan and identifying opportunities for enhancing brand performance. The successful candidate will align with the BU Head and GMs on GTMC therapeutic area dedicated resources to the brand roadmap and work directly with North America GTMC Leadership team to ensure deliverables are achieved.
The Senior Director of NA GTMC Planning will report to the NA Head, GTMC with strong accountability to the BU Head and North America GTMC Leadership team.
Main responsibilities:
Partner closely with NA Head and Pillar Heads on prioritization and execution of GTMC across North America with the (BU)
Participate in, and be an active member of, the BU's North America Leadership Team Operations Committee, providing insight and operational expertise across GTMC Pillar offerings.
Manage the Quarterly Business Review process for GTMC activities. Ensure clear, measurable goals are established, understood, and executed against by each functional resource supporting the BU.
Lead NA budget, forecast and strategic plan submissions for GTMC and the Business Unit as it pertains to 4 Pillars of GTMC Operations activities. Ensure all allocations are reviewed for accuracy and aligned with both the BU and Global GTMC.
Participate in Business Unit Leadership meetings, providing Insight and Operational expertise across GTMC offerings.
Support the Head of North America GTMC in strategy development, execution of organizational plans, initiative-taking preparation of management reports.
Collaborate with colleagues in similar roles in the other two BUs, cross-business unit to ensure best practice sharing and effective leverage of support teams.
About you:
10+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals
Advanced skills in executive engagement and influence
Advanced Project/Program management capabilities
Previous experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated leadership ability to drive change within an organization, cultivating support and maximizing contribution from team members.
Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment.
