What you will do
Kenvue is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager with a passion for executing with excellence and an ability to develop integrated brand activations across the path to purchase. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal and external partners in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Associate Manager will develop the execution of digital-first Target Marketing campaigns that deliver against brand objectives while leveraging key drive times for the Target Guest to drive mutually profitable growth. In addition, this role will support the team in campaign reporting and analytics to measure impact and provide key actionable learnings. The position reports to the Target Omnichannel Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the development of insight-driven media campaigns and marketing activations aligned with brand objectives and retailer priorities, with ownership of multiple categories across our skin health portfolio
• Support the advancement of retail media plans in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by providing thoughtful business insights and key marketplace dynamics.
• Own the planning of annual joint business planning (JBP) for marketing/media initiatives across key brands.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on customer-centric programs and strategies.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within Kenvue and external customer teams.
• Conduct analysis of marketing program results and assist in making recommendations for future strategies.
• Support in managing budgets and providing strategic recommendations for investment.
• Create impactful insight-based stories and presentations for Omnichannel Marketing Team and CDMs to utilize back with Target partners to influence growth and partnership opportunities.

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
