Job Highlights

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and partners.

  • Integrate yourself with the team by communicating positively and consistently with estimating manager, facility leaders, co-workers and all sales and customer service representatives.

  • Answer all incoming commercial and shower door phone calls and emails to ensure all inquiries are answered or delivered to appropriate party.

  • Quote all commercial and shower door requests ensuring accuracy and completion including third party hardware specifications.

  • Upon order acceptance, verify all the original specifications are correct and feasible.

  • Responsible for precise order entry, hardware procurement, drawing confirmations and ensuring timely delivery of completed product.

  • Order Entry:


    • Review order for accuracy of correct sizes, hardware, and specifications & drawings.

    • Ensure the customer sign off has been properly received on the entire order.

    • If the order is not accurate, responsible for resolving the technical specifications. This may require further clarification by the client and/or assistance of an internal manager.

    • Review the AS400 ERP system to select the appropriate production dates based on plant parameters and capacity.

    • Key the order in the ERP system and document image all associated drawings as required.

    • Ensure the PO and quote numbers match before signing off on order for production.


  • Ensure all customer concerns have been clearly communicated with the sales representative, mangers, and other interested parties to ensure the issue is rectified.

  • Assist on plant floor when required with hardware installation or completion of hardware kits.

  • Follow up on quotes that have been sent out to ensure all questions, and concerns have been addressed, and following steps.


Here’s What We’re Looking For



  • Customer centric, with positive outlook

  • Experience with CAD preferred; but will train for right candidate.

  • Provide clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsive to change in priorities and immediate demands.

  • Detail orientated and organized.

  • Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment

  • Excellent computer skills and literacy

  • Driven and self-motivated


Physical Requirements



  • Exposed to continuous repetitive keying for duration of shift.

  • Ability to maintain self-control while exposed to uncomfortable and challenging situations.

  • Safety and remaining in accordance with PPE while in facility shop.
