Job Description: Training and Operations Support Specialist
The position provides essential support to our leadership team, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and assisting with various operational and team-building functions. Ideal candidates will have a background in training or curriculum development, alongside strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and review company data and processes to build actionable reports and recommend procedural improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation, including tracking staffing and project deadlines.
Manage team access requirements and facilitating submission/issuance of Government badges
Support contract reporting, including preparation of monthly status reports.
Lead knowledge management efforts to ensure consistency in information sharing and accessibility.
Organize and facilitate team meetings, maintaining effective communication across departments.
Provide technical writing and editing for marketing materials and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
Collaborate in the development of training programs, including both internal and external training curriculums to meet company needs.
Plan and organize team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Play a central role in employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless integration of new team members.
Support efforts to maintain high staff morale through engagement and organizational initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or training/education and development.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, training program development, or instructional design is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to all levels of management.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with an aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture.
Ability to support in-person engagements in Quantico, VA on a regular basis.
