The Opportunity
As a Facility Technician at Tradebe you will be supporting an industrial facility by assisting with internal and external upkeep of the plant.
Key Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness across the plant and facility areas
Perform light maintenance including basic plumbing, changing lights, and light carpentry.
Operate power tools and painting equipment.
Manage trash and snow removal.
Clean common spaces including lunch areas, locker rooms, and parking lots.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous janitorial/cleaning or maintenance experience is desired
The ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's
The ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for
Ability to work on-site as described in the job description
Ability to read, write, and understand English
