Position Description
Position works directly with the Lodging Development Support Manager, Lodging Developers, Executives, internal departments, and current or prospective Franchisees to support the growth of the Franchise organization.
Primary responsibilities are to support Lodging Development internal and external events, including research, analysis, scheduling, and execution of new and ongoing initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with the Lodging Development team through consistent communication and administrative support.
Help manage the administrative process for events, including invitations and guest lists.
Assist in vendor management, contract recommendations, and communication.
Contribute to the development of event proposals and budgets.
On-site event support, including set-up, tear-down, and guest assistance.
Maintain accurate event records and documentation.
Effectively utilize and collaborate with resources across different departments and corporate office.
Monitor new event vendor requests and maintain relationships with key constituents.

College degree or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
Previous event planning experience required.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Ability to travel out of town at least once a month
Pay range: $60,000 to $80,000. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience.
