Description: Our client is currently seeking a BH Case Mgr I
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be licensed in NY
Must have understanding of HARP product and population - special needs population (designated by the State), very sick, very high utilization (physical and behavioral health)
3 or more years of working in BH field
Minimum case load of 70 - caseload will depend upon where they are placed
Location: Flexible on location, candidates can be in surrounding areas of Buffalo NY but must be licensed in NY. Bill rate based on location where candidate resides.
