Salary range 95-110K base + bonus + benefits + 401k
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish) Manufacturing Superintendent to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
