Our client is currently seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) - Financial Planning to join their rapidly growing wealth management firm. This boutique financial planning firm is dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families, and businesses.
The ideal candidate will be client service orientated, and have experience in the financial services industry. They will be responsible for office administrative support, maintaining databases of clients, all aspects of business processing, including account maintenance, cashiering, asset movement and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client relationships
Prepare appointment material and gather financial/account information
Schedule and confirm meetings and conference calls
Maintain accurate client information in proprietary systems
Record client notes and manage workflows in CRM
Onboard new clients and manage account paperwork
Provide market quotations, place orders, and rebalance accounts
Process cashiering and asset movement requests
Resolve client service problems and support office administration
Answer office calls and handle client requests
Type and design general correspondence
Provide general office support (phones, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.)
Process mail, including checks and tax forms
Required Skills:
Proficiency in customer relationships, data entry, confidentiality, and MS Office products
Experience with CRMs (Redtail preferred) and virtual meeting applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
