Description: Job Title: Business Execution Specialist (Contingent)
Job Description: As a Business Execution Specialist, you will engage in initiatives of low to moderate complexity, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and analyzing basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges.
Conducting research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Presenting recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
Exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Providing information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
Project Scope:
Design, write, edit, and facilitate learning content.
Develop engaging content aligned with the learning plan, including presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box, video scripts, and knowledge checks.
Collaborate with subject matter experts both inside and outside the ECMO to develop content aligned with the learning plan.
Work with legacy learning materials.
Integrate with full-time employees to handle new requests.
Top Skills:
Strong writing and grammar skills (resume will be used to assess grammatical aptitude).
Advanced skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint (priority given to resumes with PowerPoint and Word tests).
Experience in writing adult learning materials.
Proficiency in JIRA and MS SharePoint.
Experience in creative design, visual layouts, and Brand Standards.
Facilitation skills and experience delivering formal training programs to various audiences in a learning and development capacity.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning in financial services, demonstrated through work or military experience.
Formal learning and development experience is required for this role.
