We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Inside Sales Specialistto join our Sales team in a hybrid capacity.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop a depth of understanding of the Firm's services, audiences, and priorities.
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
Manage the sales pipeline and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Cooperate with the sales and marketing team to determine strategic approaches for sales.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Assist with driving priority accounts and contacts to our events.
Help to infiltrate target accounts, getting in the door with the influencers and decisions makers we don't know.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Attend sales training where applicable.
Utilize our CRM system to manage and track all calls and outcomes.
Develop a depth of understanding on all sales tools including CRM, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, PowerBi and our data source providers.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
2-5 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
