What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the Sensory Integration Program, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with sensory integration needs.


• Provide direct therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices.


• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.


• Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing program resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.


• Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Current California license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT).


• Previous experience in sensory integration therapy and program management preferred.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
