What you'll do:
Lead the troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards thorough root cause analysis
Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome product features to keep platform ahead of market scenarios.
Identify right open source tools to deliver product features by performing research, POC/Pilot and/or interacting with various open source forums
Deploy and monitor products on Cloud platforms
Develop and implement best-in-class monitoring processes to enable data applications meet SLAs
With guidance from Architect, design and build low level designs.
Lead L3 support for the applications you hold accountability.
What you'll bring:
Min 7-10 years of web based application development and test automation frameworks and tool building experience.
Significant industry experience designing web applications with a focus on operational excellence.
Must have - Good knowledge of core JAVA with hands on development experience in frameworks like Spring, Spring Security, Spring Reactive, Spring Boot based microservcies, Kafka, Rest Assured, Jmeter, API and other frameworks.
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies (Mongo/Cosmos)
Must have - Good knowledge of Front-end Development with hands on development experience of React, Node-JS, JavaScript , Redux, GraphQL
Experience in working with visualisation libraries like plotly
Knowledge in working with micro frontend
Strong in concepts like OAuth Authentication and security protocols, multi-threading with good interest in system design.
Workable knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform /GCP
Must be well versed in Agile methodology & Software Engineering best practices
Messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ
Working knowledge of CI/CD based DevOps implementations
Strong focus on testing during development
Keen willingness to learn, experiment, take initiative, and serve our customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
