As a part of the Walmart Facility Services organization, you will contribute to the growth of our drivers operating within DOT Safety & Compliance. In this role, you will focus on safety strategy and program development for our associates who maintain our facilities through maintenance activities.
This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and may require travel. This is an individual contributor role with growth and development opportunities available.
What you'll do:
Execute essential planned strategy and goals by collaborating with field managers, support teams, and field technicians to identify potential safety issues and build sustainable solutions
Support strategy development and tactics on accident prevention
Audit driver qualification files to ensure DOT compliance
Ensure DOT assets are up to date on maintenance, registration, and inspections
Participate in onboarding and continuous training that is required for DOT operators
Assist field with any safety/compliance issues or concerns
Support operations with methods and solutions that drive a sustainable impact
Identify areas for improvements and determine the necessary steps to achieve the desired outcome
Conduct training on CSA, Safety, Pre-trip, and hours of service
You'll sweep us off our feet if you:
Have 3 or more years' experience working in a safety sensitive role.
Possess advanced knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
