Your Impact:

The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert to the client and providing hands-on leadership in development efforts. The candidate should have deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of the initiative.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation capabilities
  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of the public platform using Optimizely
  • Provide detailed, hands-on development work alongside managing a team of developers
  • Collaborate closely with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in Optimizely implementation, including performance optimization, security, and scalability
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Stay current with Optimizely updates and industry trends, applying new features and best practices to ongoing projects
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation, including in-depth knowledge of their capabilities and limitations
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale Optimizely-based solutions
  • Strong hands-on development skills, particularly in .NET and front-end technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Optimizely certifications
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and their implementation in
  • Optimizely Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices,
