This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The position is preferred to be onsite in any DX Business location. As a Head of Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for :


The IT DX Portfolio Management is responsible to manage the overall Portfolio for DX ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. This role entails tracking ROI and ensuring projects meet established goals before new initiatives begin and sunset legacy. Responsibilities include managing the DX IT project portfolio to prioritize initiatives based on value and risk, monitoring performance in terms of project progress, resource utilization, and implementing a demand management process to address business IT needs effectively. The role also requires facilitating stakeholder meetings to ensure comprehensive service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:




IT DX Portfolio Management:



Develop and maintain the IT DX project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Oversee the evaluation, selection, and prioritization of IT DX projects based on value, risk, and strategic fit. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including project progress, resource utilization, and benefits realization.



Demand Management:



Implement and manage an IT DX demand management process to capture, evaluate, and prioritize business requests for IT DX services and projects. Work closely with business lines, functions to understand their IT needs and ensure they are accurately represented and addressed in the portfolio. Facilitate demand management meetings and decision-making processes with IT and business stakeholders.



Qualifications:




Education:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.



Experience:



Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in running large complex projects in matrix organization. Ability to communicate with C-level. Strong background in IT portfolio management, governance, and budgeting. Proven track record of managing IT portfolios, developing IT strategies, and implementing governance frameworks. Experience in demand management, budget planning, and financial analysis within an IT context.



Skills:



Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in portfolio management tools, financial analysis, and project management software.

The pay range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
