Basic Job Functions:
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing best practices and establishing plans for continuous improvement with the department and division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department including, but not limited to employment, recruitment and selection, legal/compliance, policy administration, payroll/benefits administration, corporate and government reporting, training administration, and HR support.
