Description
This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the IQF Area.
Tasks
This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the IQF area. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible cold temperatures and wet conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.
**This position requires basic math and computer skills.
** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.
