Job Description: Job Summary This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs.
Responsibilities:
Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.
Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.
Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.
Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.
Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Data entry skills - Required
Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred
