Job description

• Provides support to administrative staff in the COE Grad Hub.


• Maintains and manages prospective student applications.


• Supports the overall daily management of correspondence with prospective students (e.g., email, phone calls) and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.


• Maintains admissions databases and assists newly admitted college of education graduate students.


• Helps facilitate the onboarding process for newly admitted COE Graduate Students.


• Attends college activities and/or assists in support of various college events.


• Works with Banner administrative applications, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and App Review and Radius.
