The student employee will provide direct professional assistance to office staff and the Department Chair for the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. This includes being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. The student employee will have frequent contact with students, and they will respect FERPA guidelines. The student employee should be organized, punctual, pays attention to detail, understands confidentiality and be self-motivated.


Job Duties, but not limited to:


· Greeting each guest and directing them accordingly
· Answering phone at front desk, filing, and running errands on campus
· Maintain work room and breakroom with needed supplies
· Distribute mail· Assist in monitoring and restocking needs of office supplies and break room supplies
· Process copy jobs
· Other duties as assigned

This position is work study funded and work will begin the first day of each semester and end finals week of each semester.
