The Aerospace Network in the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace is seeking a professional to fill the role of Help Desk Assistant Service Analyst. This is a part-time, non-benefited position.

• Software/hardware installation.


• Troubleshooting computer issues.


• Configuring PCs for networking.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with PCs.


• Knowledge of current Windows Operating System.


• Experience in software/hardware installation.


• Experience troubleshooting and configuring PCs for network use.


• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
